Updated Dates: Alteration to 1040 Service 23 Departure from Viking Bus Station
The 1040 Service 23 departure from the Viking Bus Station on Saturdays has been altered to a 1030 departure to ensure connections with the Yell Sound ferry are maintained.
With convoys transporting large components to the Viking Wind Farm site from 6th February 2023, a single bus service has had to be altered in order to maintain connections.
From 11th February 2023 until 31st August 2023, the 1040 Service 23 departure from the Viking Bus Station on Saturdays will operate at the earlier time of 1030. This will allow the bus to still make the ferry connection at Toft, even if the convoy delays the bus.
